Help for Tutu Connect users and partners

Use the contact form for customer help, rider questions, restaurant onboarding, privacy requests, and account support.

Customers

For order issues, delivery questions, payment concerns, or account help, choose "Customer" and the closest inquiry type in the contact form.

Riders

For onboarding, delivery flow questions, or account access help, choose "Rider" so the right team can review your message.

Restaurants

For marketplace onboarding, menu questions, order handling, or partnership requests, choose "Restaurant" in the form.

Account and data

Privacy and deletion requests

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by using the contact form and selecting "Privacy or data request." We may need to verify your identity before acting on account or data requests.
