About Tutu Connect

Tutu Connect provides a marketplace connecting customers, riders, and restaurants. These terms apply to use of our website and related app services, unless a separate written agreement applies.

Customers, riders, and restaurants

Customers are responsible for accurate order and delivery information. Riders are responsible for following applicable laws and delivery instructions. Restaurants are responsible for accurate menu, availability, preparation, and order information.

Orders and availability

Restaurant availability, item availability, delivery estimates, and pricing may change. Tutu Connect may update, suspend, or decline marketplace activity when needed for safety, reliability, compliance, or fraud prevention.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting account credentials. Notify us through the contact form if you believe your account has been misused.

Intellectual property

Tutu Connect names, marks, website content, and service design are owned by Tutu Connect or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse, or represent them without permission.
